Christine Yip was born in China and followed her parents moving to Hong Kong in 1985.

Graduating from the Macquarie University with a Master of Business Administration & a Master in Financial Management, Christine also achieved the highest status in the marketing professions as she was recognized as a Chartered Marketer in the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK in 2008.

Christine is a seasoned executive with over 15 years’ experience in managing businesses and workforces across the Asia Pacific Region in over 10 countries. She has a successful track record in managing and building strong teams with leading cross-functional efforts to execute complicated and high-profile projects.

Christine worked as a Business Development Manager in two Hong Kong Listed companies for 4 years, one of them being the market leader today. She was promoted from sales executive to Business Development Director and worked in one of Hong Kong’s best renowned companies for 9 years. During that period, she was mainly in charge of sales & marketing affairs in Hong Kong and China. Simultaneously, she built a concrete business network with the CEOs, business owners and investors. They became an invaluable asset for her development in the property industry.

The advantages of her experience in the marketing aspect, especially in setting up seminars, Expo and launching the Digital Marketing development plan, New Online Promotional Mix for Hong Kong & China market, enables Christine to cooperate with some companies including property agencies and it enlightened her mind in this field.

Christine was a Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Hong Kong over a decade ago but her enthusiasm and interest in the property market lead her in pursuing her dream and joined one of the most renowned real estate companies in Australia – AGC Property Centre Pty Ltd .

AGC has grown with well-established developers on the Gold Coast and to be able to give potential clients  first-hand information, accurate and essential knowledge of the property market, in particularly the residential sector in Australia.
