After completing a college education both in Japan & the USA, Shuko migrated to Australia in 1973. He started his career as an accountant and later entered the Tourism Industry.

About 30 years ago Shuko challenged the Real Estate Industry where he gained his expertise and focused on the identification, acquisition, and management of real estate investments, spanning the commercial, residential, resort, and strata title segments. He has outstanding analytical and organizational skills in sizing up the marketplace and competitive factors, conducting due diligence and research, and determining potential return-on-investment. Shuko has a proven record of success optimizing value for investors through strong presentation and communications/negotiations skills with ownership/lending groups.

In the last 10 years, Shuko has been getting involved with many projects not only in Australia but the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Japan. He acted as a very popular and busy property broker. However, after hopping around world, he still considers that the Gold Coast is his home town where he can enjoy a high-quality life.
