THE 2018 Commonwealth Games and increasing confidence in the Gold Coast’s property market has sparked a frenzy of buying.

And property experts are urging potential buyers to make the most of this year, with prices set to continue rising.

The Glitter Strip’s housing market remains in the recovering phase from the Global Financial Crisis nearly a decade on but according to prominent industry figures, now is the time to invest.
